The Chicago Tax Club’s May Meeting

The Chicago Tax Club will hold its May Meeting on May 7, 2012 at the Meridian Banquets and Conference Center in Rolling Meadows.  The conference gathers local tax professionals for a day of networking, discussion and CLE credit.  Topics will include, "Mergers and Acquisitions – Hot Topics and Recent Trends," "Current Developments in the Midwest States with Focus on Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin" and "Discussion of State Tax Cases and Issues to Watch in 2012," among others.

Kirkland partners Natalie Hoyer Keller and Thomas L. Evans will present on the topic "Recent Developments in Tax Controversies."
