National Complex Litigation Conference: A Symposium on Current and Emerging Issues
Perrin Conferences will be holding a one day conference titled National Complex Litigation Conference: A Symposium on Current and Emerging Issues on June 27 at The James Hotel in Chicago. Silvio J. DeCarli from E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company and Adam Hoeflich from Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott LLP are the program chairs. The conference will explore the current and emerging developments in MDL litigation and will offer a unique networking opportunity. Topics will include, "Class Actions: New Risks and New Defenses" and "The Tension Between Promoting Product Stewardship and Protecting Liability Defenses," among others.
