Eighth Annual International Insolvency & Restructuring Symposium

The American Bankruptcy Institute will hold its Eighth Annual International Insolvency & Restructuring Symposium on October 18, 2012 at the Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & Spa in Rome. The conference will explore the current and emerging trends in restructuring, the changes to come in the marketplace and investing in the wake of the next wave of the European debt crisis. Topics will include, "America Now!," "Super-Priority Financing in Europe: New Dawn or False Dawn?" and "The Sovereign Debt Crisis in the Eurozone, One Year On," among others.

Kirkland partner James Sprayregen will participate on the panel "Regulation and Remuneration of Insolvency Professionals: A Comparative Study."
