24th Annual Winter Leadership Conference

The American Bankruptcy Institute will hold its 24th Annual Winter Leadership Conference from November 29-December 1, 2012 at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona. The conference will explore the current and emerging trends in restructuring with subjects designed for business and consumer lawyers and financial advisors. Topics will include, "Social Networking and Bankruptcy Issues," "Complex Bankruptcy Litigation in a Stern World" and "Fraudulent Conveyance Litigation from Soup to Nuts," among others.

Kirkland partner Patrick Nash will participate on the panel "The Role of the Hedge Fund in Corporate Restructurings: White Knight or Villain?"
