The Chicago Bar Association’s Bankruptcy and Reorganization Committee Meeting

The Chicago Bar Association will hold its Bankruptcy and Reorganization Committee meeting on November 28, 2012 at the Chicago Bar Association building.  The meeting will include a panel presentation by the American Bankruptcy Institute's Reform Commission considering recommended reforms to the Chapter 11 process. The panel will discuss the formation of the commission, its major initiatives and its goals.

Kirkland partner Jamie Sprayregen is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute's Reform Commission and will participate on the panel.
