J.P.Morgan High Yield & Leveraged Finance Conference

J.P.Morgan held their High Yield & Leveraged Finance Conference from February 25-27, 2013 at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. The conference provided a forum to learn and network across all aspects of the distressed industry, including financial restructuring advisory, turnaround consulting and distressed investing. Topics included, "The Outlook for the CLOs," "European High Yield Outlook" and "Equity Capital Markets – permanent capital and search for yield," among others.

Kirkland partner James Sprayregen participated in the panel discussion titled "Discussion of Current Key Legal Issues in Restructuring and Bankruptcy."
