American Bankruptcy Institute’s 15th Annual New York City Bankruptcy Conference

The American Bankruptcy Institute will hold their 15th Annual New York City Bankruptcy Conference on May 16, 2013 at the Hilton New York. The conference will explore the current and emerging developments in restructuring and will offer a unique networking opportunity for restructuring and insolvency practitioners. Topics will include, "Trademark and Patent Licenses in Bankruptcy," "Dealing with the Public: A Modern Dilemma" and "Recent Issues in Plan Confirmation," among others.
