INSOL International Beijing, China One Day Seminar

The South African Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners Association will hold their 5th Annual Conference on October 25, 2013 at the offices of King & Wood Mallesons in Beijing, China. The conference will provide crucial information and updates for restructuring and insolvency practitioners, as well as networking opportunities for all of the delegates. Topics will include, "Issues Affecting A Multinational Workout," "Can restructuring be useful in dealing with the economic challenge of the PRC?" and "Dedicated Bankruptcy Courts – Advantages and Disadvantages," among others.

Kirkland partner James Sprayregen, in his role as President of INSOL International, will present opening and closing remarks at the conference.
