25th Annual Winter Leadership Conference

The American Bankruptcy Institute will hold its 25th Annual Winter Leadership Conference from December 5-7, 2013 at the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. The conference will explore the current and emerging trends in restructuring with subjects designed for business and consumer lawyers and financial advisors. Topics will include, "How to Draft Loan Workout Agreements," "Preferences for Dummies" and "The Chief Restructuring Officer's Guide to Bankruptcy," among others.

Kirkland partner Joshua Sussberg will participate on the panel "Plan Support Agreements/Pre-Arranged Cases."
