Columbia Business School’s 20th Annual Private Equity & Venture Capital Conference

Columbia Business School will hold its 20th Annual Private Equity & Venture Capital on February 28, 2014 at the Sheraton New York. The conference theme 'Driving Entrepreneurial Thinking in the World of Investing' will focus on the emerging challenges and opportunities facing the private equity and venture capital industries in the coming year. The event will bring together industry professionals, students, alumni and faculty to share their knowledge and experiences on topics including, "Silicon Alley: New York Venture Capital," "Entrepreneurship as an Investor" and "The Flight of PE/VC to Emerging Markets," among others.

Kirkland partner Pat Nash will be a panelist on the discussion "Uncertainty and Opportunity in Distressed & Restructuring." Partner Sean Rodgers will be a panelist on the discussion "Creating Value through the LBO."
