Hawkamah Judicial and Financial Colloquium

"Hawkamah Judicial and Financial Colloquium" is held in Dubai, UAE on 18-19 March 2014, organised by Hawkamah in partnership with the Dubai Economic Council, The Dubai Judicial Institute, INSOL International and The World Bank Group where over 90 participants from Bahrain, Egypt, Turkey, Kuwait, Yemen, Morocco, Oman, United States, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates gathered to discuss the Insolvency and Restructuring frameworks and practices in their respective Countries.

This event is held under the umbrella of the Forum For Insolvency Reforms in MENA (FIRM) initiative, the founding members of which are Hawkamah, INSOL International, OECD and The World Bank Group. The FIRM is the only platform in MENA dedicated to discuss and debate Insolvency Reforms in MENA.

The FIRM is a membership organisation the success of which largely depends on the engagement of regional and international champions like yourselves, joining in as members and contributing through its initiatives to shaping the Corporate Governance and Insolvency and Restructuring Reform agenda of our region.
