The University of Chicago Booth School of Business 9th Annual Credit, Restructuring, Distressed Investing & Turnaround Conference
The University of Chicago Booth School of Business will hold its 9th Annual Credit, Restructuring, Distressed Investing & Turnaround Conference on April 4, 2014 at the University Club of Chicago. The conference will provide a forum to discuss recent trends in high yield, distressed investing and restructuring with industry practitioners, academics and students from around the country. Topics will include, “How Long Will Extend & Pretend Prevail?” and “Current Trends in High Yield, Distressed, and Municipals,” among others.
Kirkland partner David Seligman will participate in the panel discussion “Navigating Recent Bankruptcy Law Trends.”
