American Bankruptcy Institute’s 16th Annual New York City Bankruptcy Conference

The American Bankruptcy Institute will hold their 16th Annual New York City Bankruptcy Conference on May 15, 2014 at the Hilton New York. The conference will explore the current and emerging developments in restructuring and will offer a unique networking opportunity for restructuring and insolvency practitioners. Topics will include, “Cross-Border Bankruptcy Issues,” “Multi-Debtor Cases” and “Municipal Bankruptcies, Insolvencies and Restructurings,” among others.

Kirkland partner Ray Schrock will moderate the panel discussion “Rise of Mediation in Major Bankruptcy Cases.”
