American Bankruptcy Institute's Mid-Level Professional Development Program

The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) will host its Mid-Level Professional Development Program in Chicago on November 12, 2014. This unique program features topics geared specifically toward mid-level insolvency and restructuring professionals, lawyers and financial advisors. Kirkland partner Anup Sathy will speak on the panel "Is Selling the New Reorganizing?" Kirkland partner Adam Paul served on the advisory board for the event.
