Managing Intellectual Property US Patent Forum

Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) is hosting a US Patent Forum in Silicon Valley on Tuesday, March 24, at the Sheraton Palo Alto Hotel. The MIP US Patent Forum will focus on litigation, licensing, patent protection and IP commercialization, as well as on important global developments. Heads of IP, in-house counsel, and vice presidents and general counsel will attend. Kirkland partners Thomas Fleming and Patricia Carson will co-lead a panel on post-grant and inter partes review. The panel will discuss analysis of post-grant proceedings, the importance of initial filings, and best practices and lessons learned.
