Federal Circuit Bar Association Presents “Case Management of Patent Cases Under the Amended Federal Rules”

On Friday, May 15, 2015, the Federal Circuit Bar Association will present “Case Management of Patent Cases Under the Amended Federal Rules”. The Chicago program, which will be held at the Everett McKinley Dirksen United States Courthouse, will include four panels. Speakers will include six judges from the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Partners Bill Streff and Craig Leavell will be presenting. Bill will serve as a panelist on the panel “Early Identification of Case-Dispositive Issues And Related Motion Practice” and Craig will serve as a panelist on the panel “The Impact of the Amendments To the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure in Patent Infringement Cases – What is ‘Proportional to the Needs of the Case’?”
