American Bankruptcy Institute’s 7th Annual Mid-Level Professional Development Program

The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) will host its Mid-Level Professional Development Program in Chicago on October 28, 2015. This unique program features topics geared specifically toward mid-level insolvency and restructuring professionals, lawyers and financial advisors. Kirkland partner Joshua Sussberg will speak on the panel, “Oil and Gas Restructurings: Unique and Complex Capital Structures and Challenges.”
