American Bankruptcy Institute’s Delaware Views from the Bench

The American Bankruptcy Institute will hold its Delaware Views from the Bench conference on November 23, 2015 at the Hotel du Pont in Wilmington, Delaware. The conference offers a unique opportunity to gain new perspectives in the field as the judges of the Delaware Bankruptcy Bench and restructuring practitioners from around the country offer insight on current issues. Topics will include, "Bankruptcy Litigation: Emerging Tactics and the Do’s and Don’ts," "Delaware Fiduciary Litigation Meets Distress and Bankruptcy" and "The Evolving Dynamics of Secured Lending and the Rights of Secured Creditors," among others.

Kirkland partner Christopher J. Marcus will participate in the panel entitled "We’ve Gotta Get Out of This Place: Finding Exits in Difficult Cases."
