31st Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference

The 31st Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference from the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law will be held from April 6-8, 2016, at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Bethesda, Maryland. These three packed days of learning will provide attendees with the opportunity to earn a year's worth of CLE credit from sessions presented by the leaders in every area of the profession. Partner Dale Cendali will be speaking on Friday, April 8, at 8:30am-10:00am, on the panel entitled “What is the Future of Television?” and on Thursday, April 7, at 3:30pm-5:00pm Partner Bonnie Jarrett will be speaking on the panel entitled “Litigating Trade Dress and Functionality Cases” and Associate Joshua Simmons will be speaking on the panel entitled “Law & Innovation: Hot Topics in Internet-Related IP Law.”
