INSOL International PRC Half Day Seminars on Cross-border Insolvency and Restructuring

INSOL International will host its PRC Half Day Seminars on Cross-border Insolvency and Restructuring on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at the offices of KPMG in Beijing, China and Thursday, September 22, 2016 at the offices of EY in Shanghai, China. The seminars will cover topics such as the current economic situation in the PRC, the outburst of "Zombie Companies," and special assets under the "New Normal" in China’s economy, among others.

Kirkland partner James Sprayregen will participate as a panelist in the "Effective Coordinating Committees" session in both Beijing and Shanghai. The panelists will not only focus on the role of steering committees in managing major restructurings, but will also share their experiences and discuss best practices in forming committees, running efficient negotiation processes, and then smoothly implementing deals.
