The 2016 Advertising Law Institute will address current legal trends cutting across the advertising industry. The updated program is led by a group of expert professionals who will provide important strategies in meeting new challenges for advertisers. This two-day event, hosted in both Chicago and San Francisco, will feature speakers covering topics such as social media policies and advertising, programmatic opportunities, mobile advertising challenges, ethics of legal advertising, crowdsourcing data and more. Partner Jordan Heinz will be presenting “Advertising Claims and How to Substantiate Them” at 9:15 a.m. on day one of both seminars.
The Chicago seminar will take place at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center September 22 - 23, 2016.
