Bloomberg Law and Epiq’s Essential Power Sources: Legal Counsel and Managing Energy Deals

Bloomberg Law and Epiq will host the Essential Power Sources: Legal Counsel and Managing Energy Deals half-day program on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Houston Club in Houston, Texas.

The program will provide information and solutions on managing corporate restructuring efforts in the energy industry and the litigation that arises during these transactions. Kirkland partner Ryan Bennett will participate as a panelist in the "Energy Master Limited Partnerships: Eye on Sabine Oil and Gas and What Will Follow" session, which will discuss potential benefits and pitfalls of MLPs as well as the impact of the Sabine Oil and Gas decision and others that may follow.
