PLI's Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement 2017
Practising Law Institute is hosting Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement 2017 on January 20 at the PLI New York Center. This year’s program will cover ways to protect IP investments against infringement from the physical world and the Internet. This program is designed for IP attorneys, general practitioners, and in-house counsel and will include discussions on trademarks, copyrights, patents, anticounterfeiting, remedies, and government enforcement initiatives.
Kirkland partner Claudia Ray will be presenting the IP Remedies session at 2:45 p.m. The presentation will cover attorney’s fees, the pending Supreme Court case on damages in design patent cases, willful infringement and damages, ITC exclusion orders, and significant fee awards.
