2017 American Intellectual Property Law Association Mid-Winter Institute

The 2017 American Intellectual Property Law Association Mid-Winter Institute was held February 1–4 at the Ft. Lauderdale Marriot Harbor Beach Resort & Spa. The AIPLA Tapas - “Savory and Sweet Bites of Advanced IP Law and Practice” - included courses covering topics such as management strategies, licensing, due diligence, and litigation-related tips. Additional topics included online marketplaces, issues arising from innovative technologies in a crowded litigious field, risk assessment in firm management, and evolving career considerations, among others.
