ABI Spring Meeting

The American Bankruptcy Institute will be hosting its 2017 Spring Meeting April 20-23, 2017 at the Mariott Marquis in Washington, D.C. ABI’s Annual Spring Meeting serves as the bankruptcy industry’s one stop resource for networking and education.

Kirkland partner David Seligman will be speaking in the session “Caesars: Lessons Learned” which will cover the contentious case and allow the parties involved to share how they addressed the most difficult issues in the case and how they reached a resolution.
