American Bankruptcy Institute’s Delaware Views from the Bench 2017

The American Bankruptcy Institute will hold their Delaware Bankruptcy Views from the Bench conference on September 13, 2017 at the Hotel DuPont in Wilmington, DE. The conference offers a unique opportunity to gain new perspectives in the field as the Judges of the Delaware Bankruptcy Bench and restructuring practitioners from around the country offer insight on current issues.

Chad Husnick will participate in the luncheon and plenary session “Reflections on Delaware’s Largest Chapter 11 Case” and Marc Kieselstein will participate in the panel entitled “Hot Topics in Advanced Restructuring.”
