Berkeley Research Group will be hosting Hot Topics in Section 337 Cases: The Increased Use of Expert Testimony in Addressing Public Interest Issues, on Thursday, October 26. The panel will take place at Berkeley Research Group in Washington, D.C., from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Paul Brinkman, who recently announced his return to Kirkland as a partner in its ITC Practice, will be participating in the panel discussion along with Robert Rogowsky, Professor of International Trade at Georgetown University and the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, and Jeffrey Klenk, Associate Director in the Economics & Damages Practice at Berkeley Research Group.
