Tax Losses and Limitations (Section 382)

Bloomberg BNA will host its two day, intermediate level course Tax Losses and Limitations (Section 382) on Monday, November 13 and Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at the AMA Conference Center in New York, NY. This seminar primarily focuses on IRC § 382 but also covers many issues related to the carryforward of tax attributes following an ownership change.

Kirkland partner Thad Davis will speak on “§ 382 Implications for Companies in Bankruptcy.” Key topics will include determining ownership change where the loss corporation is owned by creditors and distinguishing transactions implicated by § 382(I)(5) and (I)(6).
