The University of Chicago Law School 70th Tax Conference

The University of Chicago Law School will host their 70th Tax Conference at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center in Chicago, IL on Friday and Saturday, November 3 and 4, 2017. The conference will include sessions on a variety of topics, such as foreign tax credit, tax reform, Section 736, and others.

Kirkland attorney Anthony Sexton will participate as a lead presenter in Session 4, titled “Uncertainties, Inconsistencies, and Illogical Outcomes Involving the Distinction Between Recourse and Nonrecourse Debt.”
