VALCON 2018

American Bankruptcy Institute and Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors will hold their VALCON 2018 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas from May 16–18, 2018. The event includes panels and networking events for professionals in distressed debt, restructuring, and valuation industries.

Two Kirkland partners have been invited to speak at the event. James Sprayregen will participate on the “Comparative Restructuring Laws as Value-Drivers” panel discussing foreign and domestic restructuring laws and their effects, and Patrick Nash will participate on the “Indicators of Future Distress” panel discussing responsibilities of board of directors and valuations in regards to monitoring insolvency.
