Judges Roundtable: Hot Topics in Chapter 11 Plan Confirmations

The New York City Bar will host its “Judges Roundtable: Hot Topics in Chapter 11 Plan Confirmations” at the New York City Bar Association on Thursday, June 7, 2018. The panel will cover topics such as third party releases, restructuring support agreements and management incentive plans with a networking reception to follow. Kirkland partner Nicole Greenblatt will moderate the panel.
