INSOL International People’s Republic of China One Day Seminars

INSOL International will host its PRC Beijing One Day Seminar on October 30, 2018 at King & Wood Mallesons in the World Financial Center and its PRC Shanghai One Day Seminar on November 1, 2018 at Ernst & Young in the Shanghai Financial Center. This year’s seminars will feature a variety of panels covering topics such as challenges and resolutions of group insolvency and restructuring procedures, an overview of macroeconomic conditions and market trends in China, and maximizing value in portfolio disposals.

Kirkland partner James Sprayregen will participate on the “Regional Update” panel at both Seminars.
