AUTOLEX: Autonomous Vehicle Legal Forum
AUTOLEX: Autonomous Vehicle Legal Forum will be held on September 10, 2019 at the Westin Book Cadillac Hotel Detroit. This is the third annual forum, which will focus on the disruptive changes occurring in the automobile industry as autonomous vehicles become a reality. Attendees will hear from some of the top in-house and law firm automobile lawyers discussing litigation, intellectual property, insurance and transactional issues.
Partner Russell Levine will moderate the Keynote Judge Panel: Alternative Dispute Resolution of AV Legal Disputes. The panel will discuss best practices for successful, out-of-court resolution of AV disputes. Russell will be joined by Judge Mary Beth Kelly (ret), Justice, Michigan Supreme Court; Judge Gerald Rosen (ret), Chief Judge, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan; and Judge Klaus Bacher, deputy presiding judge of the senate for patent cases, German Federal Court of Justices.
