Tenth Annual American College of Bankruptcy Seventh Circuit Education Committee Seminar

The American College of Bankruptcy will host its Tenth Annual American College of Bankruptcy Seventh Circuit Education Committee Seminar on September 27, 2019 at Chicago-Kent College of Law. This event will examine topical insolvency issues such as recent opinions influencing practice in the Seventh Circuit and ethical pitfalls to avoid.

Kirkland partner James Sprayregen will be leading opening remarks and Kirkland partner Patrick Nash will participate on the ethics panel titled, “Nothing Up My Sleeve.”
