3rd Annual Private Equity U.S. Fall Forum

Kirkland partners Jon Ballis, Gerald Nowak and Samantha Good will participate at the 3rd Annual Private Equity U.S. Fall Forum taking place October 29, 2019–October 30, 2019 in San Francisco, California.

Kirkland’s chairman-elect Jon Ballis will interview keynote speaker Orlando Bravo of Thoma Bravo, Gerald Nowak will act as Chairman of the event, and Samantha Good will moderate the panel, “Financing the Deal: Weighing the Impact of a Downturn on Leveraged Lending” and the roundtable “LBO Financing: What Bells and Whistles are Worth the Fight?” The event will feature topics such as leveraged lending, tax reform, private credit, new regulations, and private equity and venture capital investment opportunities. The program is designed for investors, funds, and advisors and will feature speakers in the private equity and venture capital sector.
