48th Annual Securities Regulation Institute

Northwestern Pritzker School of Law will host their 48th Annual Securities Regulation Institute virtually on January 25–27, 2021.

Kirkland partner, Chad Husnick, will participate as a panelist on the “Companies in Distress” panel. The panel will cover advising management and the board of a company in financial distress, disclosure concerns and other securities law issues for companies in financial distress and bankruptcy, process for surviving debt restructuring and handling non-financial distress, poison pills and shareholder activism.
