48th Annual Notre Dame Tax & Estate Planning Institute
The University of Notre Dame Law School will host the 48th Annual Notre Dame Tax & Estate Planning Institute on November 9–11, 2022 virtually.
Kirkland partners David Handler, Christiana Lazo, Kristen Curatolo, and of counsel Fredrick Weber will participate as speakers at the Institute. David Handler and Christiana Lazo will present on “Planning for Marriage, Migration, and (Legislative or Family) Mayhem.” Kristen Curatolo will present the session “To Reimburse or Not to Reimburse? Grantor Trust Reimbursement Statutes Offer Solutions to the Trustor’s Income Tax Woes, but Beware of the ‘Burn.’” Fredrick Weber will present on “RUFADAA; Bitcoin and Fiduciaries: Finding the True Meaning of ‘Digital Assets’ in Trusts and Estates.” The Institute will provide information on a multitude of estate tax topics, with a focus on relevant issues such as estate planning techniques.
