USC Gould School of Law 2023 Tax Institute
Kirkland partner Anthony Sexton will participate as a speaker at the USC Gould School of Law 2023 Tax Institute, which will be held from January 23–25, 2023, at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. Anthony will participate in the “Distressed Company Tax Planning: Selected Issues to Consider, Including in Light of Recent Tax Reform” session as a panelist.
Over three days, the Institute will cover the topics such as corporate tax planning, partnerships, real estate, individual tax planning and estate planning. The Institute will be available both in-person and virtually.
