The American Bankruptcy Institute Winter Leadership Conference
The American Bankruptcy Institute will host the ABI Winter Leadership Conference taking place on December 12–14, 2024 at The Phoenician Scottsdale in Scottsdale, Arizona. The program will feature topics designed for consumer and business practitioners, as well as financial advisors.
Kirkland partner Chad Husnick will participate as a panelist in “Dueling Allegiances? Ethical Issues for Estate Professionals Involving Former Clients, Concurrent Clients and Dual Representations” session. This panel will explore the responsibility of the estate professional when the professional represents a related nondebtor party.
