7th Annual Update on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Law and Public Policy
On February 22, 2008, the Williams Institute held its 7th Annual Update on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Law and Public Policy program. Professors from Yale Law School, UCLA School of Law, Boalt Hall School of Law, Brooklyn Law School and the Williams Institute, among others, gave lectures on anti-discrimination legislation, recognition of same-sex couples, and California's domestic partnership law. Following the program, the Williams Institute held the final round of its 4th Annual Moot Court Competition. Kirkland sponsored this event as a member of the Fellows Circle.
