Black Law Students Association of the George Washington University Law School’s 30th Annual Patricia Roberts Harris Graduation and Awards Ceremony

Kirkland sponsored and supported the Black Law Students Association (BLSA) of the George Washington University Law School’s 30th Annual Patricia Roberts Harris Graduation and Awards Ceremony. Patricia Roberts Harris was the first black female Presidential Cabinet Member, first black female U.S. Ambassador, and the first black female to serve in the United Nations. Kirkland attorneys James Cosgrove and Brandon Hill represented the Firm at the event. BLSA has a long history of working to empower African-American students' academic achievement and to increase diversity in the legal community.
