The National Association for Women Lawyers (NAWL) held their Ready to On-Ramp Conference on May 6, 2008. NAWL's program is specifically designed to help lawyers develop their own personal strategy for re-entering the workforce. Kirkland & Ellis was a sponsor of this event.
