Career Discovery Week
Kirkland & Ellis is participating in Career Discovery Week on Thursday, February 13, 2020. An initiative from the Partnership for New York City and the New York City Department of Education, Career Discovery Week is designed to provide tenth grade public school students with meaningful exposure to the diverse career opportunities that are available to them in the city and how to prepare for them. Kirkland will host students from participating schools to provide education around resume building and interview tips, and an overview of both attorney and non-attorney career paths.
As part of the program, Kirkland associates Marc Holloway and Keli Huang will participate in an attorney panel to discuss how students can prepare themselves to break into the field of law.
