Vista Equity Partners (Vista) on the $8.4 billion acquisition of Smartsheet by funds managed by Vista and Blackstone.
Bain Capital-backed Varsity Brands, on the sale of Varsity Brands by Bain Capital to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR).
TK Elevator on the joint venture with Alat, a Saudi Public Investment Fund company (PIF).
Jahez International Company for Information System Technology on the $320 million acquisition of Snoonu, Qatar’s fastest growing technology and on-demand delivery company.
Blue Owl Inc. on the organization and oversight of its private funds in the U.S and globally.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Mohammed was involved in the following matters:
Advised on the legal implications of high-profile projects including, but not limited to, NEOM, Diriyah, the Red Sea, and King Salman Park, and submitted periodic reports to the relevant authorities within the Royal Court.
Provided legal counsel on disputes between government agencies and entities, and offered strategic recommendations to the relevant authorities within the Royal Court.
Reviewed requests and proposals from ministries, government bodies, and ministers, and provided legal opinions and reports to the relevant authorities within the Royal Court.
Drafted a range of Royal Orders and Decrees pertaining to legal and economic matters.
Conducted detailed reviews of draft laws prior to their formal approval.
