Overview

Max Abramson is a litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Max represents both plaintiffs and defendants in high profile cases across the country in a wide range of substantive areas, including securities, corporate governance, restructuring and antitrust matters. In addition to his in-court litigation experience, Max also counsels corporations and organizations facing highly sensitive congressional, federal and state investigations. Max’s work has been featured in The American Lawyer’s “Litigator of the Week” series.
