Fahad Alarifi is a corporate associate in the Riyadh office of Kirkland & Ellis International Law Firm. Fahad’s practice focuses on advising clients on a wide variety of corporate and commercial transactions including mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments and private equity.
In his previous work, Fahad had a particular focus on cross-border oil & gas and low-carbon hydrogen projects including structuring and negotiating products supply, offtake, storage, transportation and processing agreements.
