M&A and Joint Ventures

• Jahez International Company for Information Systems Technology on the attempted acquisition of 100% of The Chefz SPV Ltd. in exchange for newly issued shares in Jahez in accordance with CMA rules
• Ayyan Investment Company in acquiring a minority stake in Al-Ahsa Medical Services Company in exchange for newly issued shares in Ayyan in accordance with CMA rules
• PIF on its acquisition of 100% of Towers Infrastructure unit from Zain Saudi Arabia
• Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib Medical Group on the acquisition of a 25% stake in Tamkeen Human Resources Company
• PIF on its joint venture with STC to establish a company specializing in the Internet of Things (IoT)
• PIF on its subscription for a significant minority stake in Nesma & Partners Contracting, a construction group operating across Saudi Arabia and Lebanon
• PIF on its subscription for a significant minority stake in Almabani General Contractors, a construction group operating across Saudi Arabia and Lebanon
