Nawaaf regularly advises international and major local investors in relation to incorporation of companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia involving various laws such as corporate law, foreign investment law, commercial agencies law and others. He represents multinational clients in various industries on joint venture deals and corporate structuring for their operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nawaaf speaks both English and Arabic with native fluency, and is able to negotiate and draft legal documents in both languages.
