Overview

Husni Almousli is a partner in Kirkland’s Riyadh office.

Husni focuses his practice on capital solutions, leveraging his cross-border experience to turn complexity into executable capital strategies. He represents companies and investors in capital structure, liability management, restructuring and refinancing transactions as well as structured private credit and special situations strategies. Husni also advises on sovereign finance matters including sovereign and quasi-sovereign debt, commodity-backed finance and official sector guarantees.

Recognised for his tactical commercial judgment and strong financial acumen, Husni combines a pragmatic deal-making approach with deep market insights to lead and execute complex transactions. Husni’s experience includes advising clients from the front end of credit diligence and strategic options analysis through to execution and closing across Europe, the GCC region, the Americas, Asia and Africa. His thought leadership includes contributions to major INSOL International initiatives in KSA, UAE and Europe and the Sovereign Debt Scoping Forum.
