Haania Amir is an associate in the ESG & Impact Practice Group in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Haania advises across the full range of ESG legal services, including fund formations, corporate M&A and ESG-related regulation. Haania has advised on the application, implementation, and reporting related to the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, among other regulation. She has also counselled sponsors on ESG-related matters with regards to portfolio company management, reporting and investments.
She has broader regulatory experience including advising funds, financial institutions, issuers, payment service providers and other market players on their compliance and regulatory obligations.
